Exercise - Work - Eat - Watch TV
Weighing in at 10st 1lb. Can exercise be making me bigger!?
Another day of working from home. Eating last nights left-overs. And an evening of watching crappy films. Apart from my physical explosion for the insanity workout my day has mainly consisted of sitting.
I got a text from a friend that simply said 'Magnet and Steel'. This made me beam one of those knowing smiles. This was a reference to a series (which i think was on C4) called 'Max and Paddy's Road to Nowhere', a spin-off from 'Pheonix Nights'. If you've never seen it it's definately worth a look, very funny.

Exercise 30/10/2014 - INSANITY!
Haahaa
This is a cruel test but the best fun I've had at my own expense.
My sister and I have been "doing" this for just over a week and all we seem to be doing is putting on weight. Which is most likely a result of the need to stuff yourself with carbs (...mostly crisps, cakes and sweets).
I can't even get through the warm-up without needing to stop, gulp down water, throw myself back into it and almost throw up.
My dodgy back and wonky knee don't like doing the exercises but I shake it out and soldier on.
I'm up 4lb and all my clothes are tight, this makes me miserable, is this what I want?

Work - Cook - Eat - Chores - Watch TV
I really like a site called 'good-to-know' and I trawled this item and got some good ideas on snacks.

Intro
Hello.
My name is Jennifer, I am 41 years of age and . . .
1) struggling to keep to a diet
2) failing spectacularly at exercising and
3) letting the above effect how I live
Through this blog I will diarise what I eat, when I exercise and how my life is "improved" by the changes I make.
My sister and friends will face all of this with me. Any advice, heartache, blisters, binging, wobbly-bits, etc will be laid bare (look away now if you have a nervous disposition) .
I would like to dedicate my endeavours to all those whose wardrobes have become a museum of clothes still loved but are now a depressing reminder of the effect life takes on our bodies.
I wish you well.
